Cleveland could take him to complement josh Gordon.. Depending on the coach. Of course they would have to pass on a wr. I've heard Tampa bay could as well. Let's just hope he is there at 10

Doubt Tampa. They have a ton of money invested in mike Williams and Vincent jackson

And Cleveland is going to take a qb, that's why chud was fired. The new HC is going to take manziel most likely
