they released the names of the three judges for the appeal next week, 2 democrats 1 republican, the chances of this getting overturned are slim to none, the democrats tends to rule with the players (labor), the republicans tend to rule with the big businesses. Just need at least 2 of those 3 to uphold Berman's ruling and we got the W
