He should be. Best QB on that roster now, hands down.

I felt pretty bad for Campbell after that broken collarbone with Oakland. Turns out it not only ruined his chances at being a starter, but also ruined Oakland's draft for the next two years (although blame goes 100% to a shitty GM decision). I hope he does get another chance, I mean he had Oakland in the running for their division when he went down, although granted, that division was so shitty a Broncos team led by Teblow won it.
