I'm a huge Texans fan... Loved 'em ever since they became a team.
They've been kickin ass lately, which is good considering they're down 2 of they're best players. Loving how BCush is stepping up.

They can't afford to lose to the lowly Browns on Sunday especially with Andre Johnson finally coming back. 6-3 for the first time in franchise history is this week's goal. I haven't seen much of the Browns but I feel pretty good about the Texans defense pounding away at Colt McCoy.

Houston's offense still has potential to become arguably the best in the league before the season is over. It's still not clicking right now. Too many turnovers and Andre Johnson being out for practically an entire month has hurt. Schaub hasn't been making those accurate throws on his deep balls the past two games.

The Texans are the only team in the NFL right now with a top 10 offense and defense. That's a sign of a well-balanced team and the fact they've been doing it without their best player on offense and defense makes it that more surprising.

Look at these rankings -- 11th in passing offense, 4th in rushing offense, 5th in passing defense and 6th in rushing defense.

The Texans have always been known as a soft team around the league but that perception is starting to change.



That's a cheap play. I agree it's not needed in the game but it was a divisional rivalry game. The Jags were talking smack all game long and a Texans player was bound to lose it sooner or later. Not sure if Duane Brown was fined yet? Probably will get a slap on the wrist is all.

God damn I love it... It's so great to finally see our boys getting the respect they so rightfully deserve.

Hopefully the Texans take care of business against Cleveland and Tampa Bay the next two games. Heading into the bye week with a 7-3 record would be great. They'll get two weeks off before they finish strong in the final six games. They could essentially head into the playoffs as one of the hotter teams in the league (knock on wood).
