Wow, four udfa's made the team. Are they still keeping Karim? Cierre Wood has more upsides but Karim is a veteran, and kubiak loves veterans.

He was one of the last few players we waived late last night.

Bob Allen‏ @BobAllenKHOU
Looks like Cierre Wood will be the 3rd Texans running back..I've learned that Deji Karim has been waived

Also we waived Roc Carmichael. I think we're trying to sign some of these guys to the practice squad (Saturday Night) if no other teams claim them off waivers. But I think Dennis Johnson will make the practice squad. I'm not sure about Deji Karim yet. Maybe another team will sign him because he's a veteran running back.

James Palmer ‏@JPalmerCSN
#Texans 6th round pick, WR Alan Bonner has been placed on IR.

LOL, at least they saved this guy with a broken toenail injury. They also did the same with Alec Lemon, who had a TD catch against the Saints last Sunday. They're stashing away a couple of wide receivers on injured reserve. No threat of losing them.

This was the freestyle dance they did yesterday (8-30-13) even though it says 8-23-13 in the video.

They weren't wearing any flashy bikinis like they had on for the new 2013-2014 Texans Cheerleaders swimsuit calendar.

Only 9 more days to go until the season opener on Monday Night at San Diego!

I hope Ed Reed is ready to play. Arian Foster, DeAndre Hopkins and Whitney Mercilus have been cleared to play.

Free safety Ed Reed was removed from the physically unable to perform list and moved to the active roster.
I'm so excited to see Ed Reed playing in a Texans jersey. Hopefully he'll start and be a factor next Monday Night.

We need that fire in his eyes. Eat some of those Doritos for some fuel. LOL
This aired on CBS right after he made his interception in the Super Bowl.

Mike Tyson's "Punch Out" on the original Nintendo. I still play that on Vizzed. LOL, Dan Gheesling from past seasons of Big Brother on CBS finally beat Mike Tyson. I still haven't done it yet. I've come close and maybe one day I'll do it. I played that for hours and hours as a kid.

Arian Foster has me motivated to play that game again and kick Mike Tyson's ass with Little Mac.

Here is Dan Gheesling finally beating the game. If he can do it then so can I. LOL

It's so hard though. Sigh, I may as well buy Madden 25 and just stick to EA Sports. Or Diablo III for the playstation 3.

Seven days away until the first game. We're going to be the last team to open up the regular season. Because it's a 9:20 PM Houston start time on ESPN's Monday Night Football at San Diego. The Eagles play the Redskins in the first game of that Monday Night doubleheader. It's going to feel weird waiting until midnight just to see the first game of the season. I'd rather just play a Sunday 12 noontime game and not have to wait even longer.

today was a good day.

Four more days to go. Monday Night can't arrive fast enough. Nothing we can do but enjoy the other games and wait until 9:20 PM central time on Monday Night. That's the longest anybody should ever have to wait for a regular-season opener. I'd rather just play the Sunday 12 o'clock noontime game and not have to wait forever. Can you imagine being a Texans fan on the East Coast and having to wait until 10:20 PM until kickoff? That's just ridiculous.

If there's one negative I can think of right now it's merely Antonio Smith's suspension for Week 1 but other than that everything is looking okay.
