High end gear takes phoenix credits to reroll.
The reroll station is upstairs tech by the weapon vendor

Level 18. Going to be playing with one of my boys shortly, we're probably gonna go hard tonight. lol
Is there a way to buy good guns? Cause all I ever get from the dark blue stuff is pistols & shotguns. I want like an AK/acr/etc type of gun.

Not worth it to buy anything. You will start getting better stuff now. If you and your buddy want some quick leveling I can carry you through some of the last missions for mad xp
