i played single player for about a year when i first got the game before finding out about bnet

i still remember when i got to act 2 for the first time, i called my buddy who got the game at like 11pm on a school night to express my joy lol

lol. i did single player with a barb and wanted to kill myself by the time i finally hit 30 and was able to get Whirlwind

so fucking useless in Act 4 rofl

Used to be fun to whirlwind through CS on hardcore back in the day.

i was so fucking clueless how to play, i think i was 13 when the game came out (yeah, i'm old as fuck) and i made a summon nec that used a like 18-87 damage rune sword with hit causes monster to flee and i thought i was smart for manually attacking shit with my skeletons lol

i was level 45 and in act 3 hell (this was before expansion with act 5) and couldn't pass level 3 durance

in single player monsters are preset, and there was a unique stygian doll boss down there who every time i killed his minions i would die and he would just rape me and my minions in seconds

I remember when I thought I was godly as fuck with my IK barb and Gris pally. Anyone that beat me was hacking.
