Agreed but I do see his thought behind possibly sitting out or wanting the insurance. I mean, he's already solidified as the #1 pick next year, why go and fuck that up? Stay in shape, have a good combine and take that #1 spot without risking it. The thought makes sense to me but if he were to do that, I'd totally be turned off of him and say he isn't worthy of being drafted.
You, Me and plenty of GMs would not like that. They want to see those guys go play. Injuries happen in this game, it's just apart of it. People want to see the best players play, plain and simple.
