Comcast is pretty bad man. I've spent about 6 hours between phone calls/chat since I set up with them. First I was getting 25/5, I signed up for 50/5 @ 39.99. They sent a tech out to fix the issue, I told them that made no sense since that should be done from their end but they said a tech needed to come. Tech comes, he says it's an issue the main office needs to fix and there's nothing he can do lol. Another call at 8:30 in the morning, they tell me it's going to be an additional $5.00 for blast or whatever. I tell them to go fuck themselves because that's not what I signed up for. Guy says he'll offer me a special promotion for 29.99/month and then add the $5.00 to make it $34.99 a month, I say great so on and so forth and he tells me to check it in an hour. I head to work and when I get home it's still stuck at 25/5. F/U call, they had no record of the first call at all and upgraded my speeds and I'm now paying $44.99 even though they told me it'd be $39.99 lol. Speed on PC is good but PS speed sucks. I call back about that and ask them what's going on there (it's hard-wired). Guy keeps asking me the same fucking questions over and over again and then starts sending me a bunch of broken xbox/support links lol. I ask him what the fuck he's doing and he eventually says he can't help me. I tell him to get good at his job etc.. before ending the chat, the fucking guy actually shuts off my internet entirely. On a call with a supervisor now.
