RT @JAGSPR_RR Rookies have made an NFL-high 32 starts for the Jaguars through 7 games. Oakland is next-highest at 23.

The youth on this team is incredible.

Well, it was only a matter of time. They stayed pretty healthy for a good chunk of the season, but now the injuries are piling up.

Just from the last two games, we've lost Poz for the year, Branch for at least 6 weeks, Will Blackmon is out indefinitely and now Alan Ball is officially done for the year. That's our starting MLB and RCB, as well as our starting Nickel CB in Blackmon. Branch didn't start, but played just as much as Clemons, if not more.

How do you feel about Bortles comment?

I mean, I know he's leading the league with int but it's a rookie trying to fill in and it's a tough job.

I don't think anyone is blaming Bortles in Jacksonville are they?

I like his comments. He knows he hasn't played well these past 2 games. They were easily his worst games of the season so far.

No, nobody is blaming him. Most everybody is behind him, because he's a 22 year old rookie who was raw coming out of college. He needs to make these mistakes now and then learn from them.

We all just want to see the sloppy INTs cleaned up. Hes had 4 pick sixes so far I believe. Which all were terrible throws that he can't try and force.

Hes had a couple where he threw it up for a 1 on 1 jump ball and the WR lost. No issue with taking a deep shot down field and the CB making a play.

A few times the WR costed him the INT, whether it was tipped, or the WR tripped right as Bortles threw it. Just bad luck INTs.

He's learning on the fly just like a lot of the other young guys he's playing with, so there has been a decent amount of miscommunications.

From the looks of the thread, Hako is the last Jags fan remaining.

Looks like we're getting even younger. Rookie 5th round LB Jeremiah George could be getting the start at MLB this week, while J.T. Thomas moves back to the Otto position. George was drafted by the Jets this past draft and got waived at the final cuts. They put him on their PS, but we snagged him off it B)
