Just seems like a waste to me...never bothered to take a couple hits every few hours when I wasn't smoking with chilling with friends passing around. Also got to the point that it seemed to lose its effectiveness if I just kept smoking and smoking...would take breaks from smoking because of it.

The no cardio was when I didn't work (Recovering from hip surgery), now I'm on my feet moving for 8 hours a day.
There is niacin in my weight gainer shakes I take so maybe that will help lol.

And as for the frequency of smoking I like smoking about every 2 hours. I have friends who smoke then wanna smoke again like right after and again and again..never understood that.

i hear u there

but thats why i mis it up so much

like u can only get so high

then u smoke some wax its a more deeper high

then u relax calm off that u know and smoke a joint dipped in wax. finish ur night off

the next day u wake up to a regular blunt

at lunch u eat some brownies made with butter right after lunch ya know

then at night u use the 2nd wrap in the blunt pack to wax dip a blunt

etc

usually it only takes me 3 smoking sessions cuz my blunts be 3-4 gram blunts

brownies be 2 normal baking pans lol

and the shit potent ya know?

idk i got my rythm

anything that makes u urinate and sweat alot is always good

keep working maybe wear sweats or something thatll make u sweat a little more. make sure u rag it up and consistantly wipe it off so its not just thc sweat sittin there loll

cranberry pills

lots of water

drink beer alot if u like. not so much the liquor unless ur a fan of vodka cranberry

Nty to blunts or joints. Prefer a bong with ice water...absolute favorite for smoking is knife hits, just need 2 throwaway knives lol. But the best is baking foods, would much rather just eat a brownie or something than smoke, I'll gladly wait 30 mins for it to kick in.

they dont have long term affects like tobacco and nicotine etc. in a week max ull be fine ^_^

more or less its the throat marijuana actually does most damage to
