I was speaking specifically of QBs. You mentioned the obvious flaws with Fameis Jameis and Lolmarcus being looked as a top pick before so I agreed. I also agree on the draft depth overall for this last one. Will provide a huge amount of starters for the league for many years.
Oh, yeah QBs have been kind of weak lately, but everyone who knew anything about the QBs in 2013's class wasn't expecting much more than backup-caliber QBs, so that's kind of a lost year.

RGIII may one day be healthy and able to read defenses.
Foles is alright, but plays in a QB-friendly system with a premier O-line (when healthy) and a top RB in McCoy.
Kaep can't show consistent accuracy or pocket presence
Russel Wilson is good
Tannehill will be a backup in a couple years
Weeden shouldn't have been drafted as a starter, but Browns gonna Brown
Brock Osweiler is someone who may turn out to be good once Peyton retires, i like his potential
