Lol, luckily i still have a half a zip left, but my cuzzo scraped all of my bowls out of boredom like a week and a half ago(he used to be a tweaker so i guess scraping is his thing,lol)so i have a fat nasty ball of resin. Haha

Hair follicle can go back 90+ days, but of course varies and how fast your hair grows should have a big impact. Only heard of big companies using hair follicles and in Alaska they're starting to go away from them.

Urinalysis is supposed to be around 30 days, but its a large variance. One of my buddies could have it in his system for 2 months (he was heavier, and a very heavy user), but it only takes a few days for me (not just those quick tests, I'm talking lab tests)...its really weird. Considering how skinny you are, it shouldn't be much longer than a week, but I'd go the safe route and give yourself a month.

took me 60 days to get fully clean but i was being tested by the union in northern cali right in the middle of the emerald triangle in a lab that was specific to just urine/drug tests and nothing else etc...

im 6' 1" tho and 240 lbs so big difference ( not all fat tho. some chunk some muscle )

and a VERY HEAVY use as well

im talking half oz every 1-2 days smoked.

sell a half smoke a half is my motto

and an oz last longer then 2 days is a fail :/

I've done it in about 21 days or so just drinking water and green tea and no cardio, it's not a lab test they give me the results in minutes.
But I smoke from a vaporizer and smoke everyday for the last 5 years. So I try to give myself at least a month.

@Crsolider Monica if I had the money or access to $25 zips I'd be smoking on the hour every hour.

I was a very heavy smoker and passed lab tests within days. You shouldn't even need to bother with the water and all that....but it can't hurt lol. Why the no cardio? Never heard of such a thing for passing a drug test. Some people say Niacin helps, others don't think it does anything.
