Brady is for sure going to be sitting out at least one game because of deflate gate. But more than likely the full 4. Brady is going to continue to drag this on to the point where its going to run into the reg season. I see no negoations being reached

You're crazy if you think this lack of evidence will hold up in court. Once this came out of goodells hands it was almost guaranteed it gets turned over like the last 2.

The lack of cooperation is evidence enough. If he did nothing wrong why hide anything? Regardless to think if this gets thrown out that goodell wont turn around and find some other way to fuck with brady would be absurd. Brady will sit a few games this year. Even if its because it stays tied up in court. Goodell will win this one and rightfully so for once

Bolded part is just wrong. He didn't cooperate like goodell wanted because he didn't HAVE to. Lack of cooperation can not prove without a shadow of a doubt that brady is guilty. If goodell turns around and tries to get back at brady some other way, he's just going to be viewed as an even shitter commissioner. As a patriots fan, i couldn't care less either way. We will do just fine without brady, just like last time. Goodell can take his petty beef with brady and shove it, more and more people starting to dislike him anyways.

This isn't Goodell's decision anymore..... your bias is making that impossible for you to understand. There's no evidence that he DIRECTLY had any involvement with violating the league's policy lol. That's the problem, before, when there was no evidence, Goodell was free to just throw down the ban hammer on his own because of a gut feeling and unsubstantial evidence. Going to court and your only evidence being a report that says Brady more than Likely knew about something, with no evidence to back that up, is pathetic lol. Unless they have a staff member come forward and snitch on Brady or something of equal magnitude, he's going to walk away clean.

Why do you even post? You obviously have no fucking clue of how the real world works. If this gets overturned and he tries to suspend Brady again, he would be instantly terminated for abusing the fuck out of his authority.
