Literally everyone involved with this case, were all white. "oh well if he was black he would have been convicted" well I'd point out the gang shooting in Chicago all caught on camera recently, granted there was only one death as opposed to two, but no one was charged with anything because they claimed it was "mutual gang warfare". If a black kid had a gun, and was being chased down by another black man who he then shot, it would still be self defense regardless.

The riots were happening well before Kyle was there dude. I'm not understanding your point. There were riots happening, and Kyle showed up after they had started. The riots weren't going on because Kyle shot 3 people at the riot that was already happening

Don't forget, GoFundMe removed all his fundraising attempts to raise money for a legal defence, Facebook removed his video statement about his innocence and how it was self defence (which the jury found him innocent on), the president labelled him a white supremacist and news TV networks labelled him a serial killer.

American's had already made their mind up on Kyle and painted him in a corner, due to media coercion. If you have any intelligence and followed the facts you would know the witnesses testified that Kyle was being attacked, tried to get away and felt his life was in danger before he fired. The prosecution witness even testified to this lol.

If you want to argue vigilantism or provocation, which the prosecution tried to go with, that is also wrong because it's defined legally as "engaging in lawful conduct of a type, likely to provoke others to attack". This is the opposite of what happened as it was Kyle who was being attacked. Witnesses also testified that when Kyle asked anyone to back away and presented his gun, he lowered his weapon when thy removed themselves as a threat.

Once again this was a case of narratives not facts. Luckily the courtroom didn't fall prey to this.
