Well while I don't know what's in a Chicken McNugget, I can tell you that our chicken is 100% chicken.

It's neither of those. Filet mignon is a specific cut from tenderloin. And I go to Wisconsin at least once a year for a week and have ordered steaks there. What you're describing is a shitty restaurant thing, not a "Wisco" thing.
