It will be interesting to see how it unfolds ,I Don't want him to go but it doesn't sound like he wants to be here anymore which makes sense we aren't superbowl contenders.

I think its also that his legacy in Minnesota is tainted, time to move on.

What is his actual position. I see him listed as a 3-4DE and a 3-4 OLB. What did he play for you guys?

His contract is scary. Honestly, at that price, I probably wouldn't be as happy with him as I think I would be. I'd rather just draft Tevin Coleman in the third (my #1 running back in this draft. Yes, Coleman > Gordon and Gurley)

EDIT:

I guess that answered my question.

Gordon god>>> I've been saying that all season long before Gurley's injury i gotta stick to it

I agree, but for the future of our team and teddy's development I think it's best we try to convince AP to stay. Having a back like that would give teddy even more confidence to grow his second year and come on strong. as you said would be interesting.

My hopes for the draft still kinda stand if we lose AP, that Cooper falls to us at #11 then we trade our second and 3rd (you saying AP will garner a third) to move back into the first and snag Gordon then use our acquired third to get a LG

sign a CB and a LB in FA see what we can do.

He was pretty much all over the place, playing both inside and outside on the line.
He was a lovely rotational piece and created mismatches almost every time he was on the field, which was a great help to our pass rush.
But i still have a feeling that some team will end up feeling like they overspent for a player who so far haven't seen like he can be a starter in NFL due to his injuries.

I agree, I think it's dumb as hell he was suspended the whole season.

But I grew up with that southern discipline so it doesn't bother me.

7.5 sacks, 1 ff, 4 pass deflections in a limited role.... I wouldnt break the bank for him, but he will come cheaper and he's got potential to be a 10+ sack player

Damn. You really want Adrian Beaterson don't you?

He's hoping that a rejuvenated offense will allow the Cardinals to thrash the opposition, even if they have to switch their QBs each week due to injury.
