eh i wouldn't trust him in an olb spot on a traditional 3-4

Ravens run a hybrid defense so he'd be in as a 4-3 DE most of the time, then come in as a situational pass rusher if we went 3-4 most likely. That's if he can make the transition to a 3-4 OLB full time.
