So the lions tried out several kickers Monday--anyone have any clue what the result is? Did we just waste those kickers time or what?

I wonder if Rugland has been working hard on getting better--I think he'd provide a huge lift in the locker room--I remember the entire team went crazy every kick he made--I think any great team needs that dynamic--I pray they sign him so I can celebrate a Super Bowl victory this year

Rugland did better then Akers in practice and pre-season but they won't go with Rugland because he has 0 college/pro experience.

I'm willing to bet they just wasted their time, stick with Akers, and lose us a playoff game.

Tired of hearing how talented this team is but always not having much to show for it.

I appreciated what Jim Schwartz has done for us, but I think we need someone new to take us to that next level.

i agree. he has been pretty good but the team we have is not doing what it should be doing. before when we were losing atleast we had an excuse with bad players. now we dont have an excuse
