We already saw them exposed when we played them. Not sure why everybody forgets about that game.

agreed but hard to compare a present-day team to a week 2 game.

we don't consider the packers at the same level that they were during the hawks game right?

/e i was at that game, albeit incredibly intoxicated, and i witnessed the only game where the defense didn't bail them out completely.

You're right, but before last night it was the only game Chicago had against an elite opponent. San Fran game is going to be a real gauge for them. They have been pretty quietly bad against the run this season allowing over 4 yards per carry. I can see them dropping the game in San Fran and one of two to the Vikings.

@TyDunne: #Packers are 18-5 Nov. and beyond under McCarthy in the division. Over same span, #Bears are 12-9, #Vikings 10-12, #Lions 3-16.

This is making me really optimistic since five of the final seven are division games.

Yeah, last night was one I didn't want to lose. I didn't have high hopes for beating Houston, but to our credit, our defense kept us in that game the entire way.

i would argue that the weather did most of that by making the ball very hard to hold onto and windy conditions making errant passes much more likely.
