Looking at Arian Foster's first three playoff games. He's pretty much put the team on his back and played like a champion.2013 playoffs versus Bengals: 32 rushes for 140 yards - 8 catches for 34 yards. 1 Touchdown and 40 touches.
2012 playoffs at Ravens: 27 rushes for 132 yards - 5 catches for 22 yards. 1 Touchdown and 32 touches.
2012 playoffs versus Bengals: 24 carries for 153 yards - 3 catches for 29 yards. 2 Touchdowns and 27 touches.
And all three games came against great defenses (Bengals and Ravens) that were elite against the run which makes it more impressive.
Going into his 4th playoff game at New England. He's probably going to come out strong and get the ball early and often. He obviously has to have 25-plus touches for the Texans to compete and be effective. All of the regular-season numbers just don't have much importance right now. That is why nobody cared when Arian Foster had a disappointing season rushing wise. We knew he'd show up in the playoffs.
Adrian Peterson might be Mr. Regular Season but Arian Foster is Mr. Playoffs.
