Oh it's not a bad pick by any means at all, just not the ideal situation for San Diego is all. Most teams this year are all in a fairly prime position to address their biggest or second biggest needs in the first round while SD is really more looking at most likely having to address their 4th biggest need which isn't a problem really. Talent trumps need always but just ideally you'd like to fill both need and get talent ya know? That's all I was trying to say.

Ayyyyy you finally recognized arte burns
give it a few weeks and you will move him up
he will be defensive roty and win the superbowl if he goes to carolina
The dude literally had his best game 3 days after his mom passed, he does not under perform ever
He's been right on the cusp for weeks now but I really need to update my prospect rankings because they're kinda fucked at the moment, then you'll see him jump some. I usually try to stick to my consensus big board fairly true for the most part but a few guys I've been moving up without updating it.

I'm not a big college football guy but how good is Reggie Ragland? I saw him play once and thought he was the next great lb. chances he falls to the redskins??
Basically this..

Typical 2 down thumper, with some blitzing ability on 3rd downs. Good against the run, but struggles in pass coverage. He really has no business trying to cover anybody honestly, that's just not his game. He's your classic box LB.
But I do like him quite a bit and think he could develop into one of those upper echelon LBs. Might not be there yet as Hako said in every aspect, mainly pass coverage, but he's definitely a great prospect to invest in.

Is this what you think will happen randy? as of today? or just filling in needs with what you think their value is?
Kind of a mix. I used a consensus big board I'd thrown together using my personal player rankings (which are a bit out dated to be honest) and rankings from I think 4 or 5 other sites (just taking the average ranking for most guys and then putting them in order, etc etc). This mock is what I think could and should happen off of those rankings.

I rly hope Ogbah drops down a few spots and the gmen get him somehow
You're going to need to leak a report that Ogbah either beat his girlfriend or touched a little boy's wiener for him to fall that far. Or hope he has just a god awful combine, otherwise there's little to no chance he gets by San Diego, Dallas, Jacksonville, Baltimore, San Francisco, Miami and Tampa. Literally everyone ahead of you minus the first 2 picks are legitimate threats to take Ogbah lol.
And I've said it before and still believe it, I think Ogbah > Bosa.

I think the Titans are pulling the same shenanigans they did last year at #2, put it out there that they're willing to trade and see what offers come in. My bet is with this qb class they don't get that offer and end up drafting Tunsil just like how they got Mariotta last year.
I think #3 and #4 is where the trades potentially start happening.
I agree. They know who they want already most likely and are doing their homework in checking out offers that are out there. Nothing serious will come through until after the combine and workouts obviously but as WOGerps said this QB class isn't stellar so the demand to hop Cleveland likely won't be there but the desire to snatch up Tunsil might be in which case the Titans already have a pretty damn good OL, they could stack picks and address other needs. I mocked that trade with SD here --
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=73805920&f=204 -- and it worked out pretty damn well for Tennessee.

If Dallas doesn't get bosa, I hope we trade back.
Unfortunately trading back is what nearly everyone wants to do in pretty much all drafts now so you have to hope someone falls in love with someone else and there really aren't many of those kind of guys. You never know obviously but as of now I can't see anyone willing to give up too much to move up for anyone.

I dont think there is any chance 2 QBS go top 10. As awesome as it would be to have to option to draft Ramsey or Hargreaves, Im positive at least 1 will be gone by the time Miami's pick comes up
Ask me a week after the combine about 2 QBs going top 10 and I'll be able to agree or disagree with you on that haha. Right now I agree it likely won't happen but I'm starting to firmly believe both Hargreaves and Ramsey will fall. Not a whole lot but not top 5 picks like they were a few months ago which bodes very well for you guys.

chargers getting tunsil
falcons getting treadwell

San Diego sure would love that one. They're the only team I can realistically see trading up with Tennessee but I think Tennessee will ask for too much just like last year and stay put with the guy they want which is Tunsil most likely this year.

I like who you have Denver drafting. But we have so many questions concerning the team I can see them changing weekly.
I agree because like you said, depending on who they resign and let walk it'll completely change their draft approach. I guess that can be said about every team haha but more so Denver this year than others.
