100% with you on green bay taking a running back on day 2

Glad a fan of the team agrees with a rando idea I had haha. It just makes sense, add a little insurance especially with how much RB talent there is in this draft on day 2. There's really only 1 Round 1 RB in Elliot and then everyone else so it's worth taking a flier on a guy on day 2 in either round if the talent makes sense.

With how bad mizzou is, I haven't followed college fball much this season.

What kind of wr is Michael Thomas? I know treadwell a bit since he's SEC, but I know nothing about Thomas.

He's jumped to the top receiver in this class. He's got good size and runs really good routes imo at least and he's got plenty of speed to make things happen. Kind of a Fitz type guy, not incredibly fast burner but has more than enough speed to play against NFL corners. Now I always have to say when I make comparisons I'm in no way shape or form calling him Fitz, but that kind of build and skill set, he could evolve into that kind of guy. Fitz's numbers when he came out of college, 6'3'', 225 with a 4.48 40 (at least according to the site I used to look that all up lol). Thomas, 6'3'', 218 with an estimated 4.54 40. So very similar numbers there so that's my best comparison off the top of my head.

eagles taking another DE?

really

Honestly man, when there's no corner or WR available idk who to throw to you guys. I guess an OL piece could work but I just don't feel like that's what Chip would do. Now obviously it's up in the air if Chip will be back but for now he is.

Nope no way no how does treadwell fall that far, shoot the Vikings would take him in a heartbeat, we don't need a Tackle either or an ILB. If we were to address those it would be a OG which Conklin is not or OLB to replace greenway. Eric kendricks is playing like a stud at ILB as a rookie and Audie Coke is a decent depth backup

According to your draft I would go

Treadwell > 1
Whitehair OG > 2
3 best SS or LB or DE available

I don't understand this fascination with Treadwell. Sure he's good but he's barely a first rounder and I mean barely. Treadwell is a possession receiver that doesn't have the speed to breakaway from college corners so he's going to be a #2 option at best in the NFL. It wouldn't be a bad pairing with Diggs but Conklin is just such a superior talent that I couldn't pass it up for you guys. Although just looking at your depth chart I did forget you guys got TJ Clemmings as your third tackle so that does change things. With that in mind now I'd probably give you guys Jayron Kearse to pair with Smith at safety and then Mike Williams in the second. That'd be a beastly combination in the secondary and create a really scary, young receiver duo. Also, Matakevich can play outside in a 4-3, I just have him listed as ILB in my list for some reason.

Would rather have Goff or Cook than Lynch.

I'd take Goff too but I'm falling for the Lynch hype right now lol.

Would rather have Fuller.

Pittsburghs pass coverage is bottom 3 in the entire league.

Come on bud, you and I both know that the Steelers front office firmly believe that the world will end if a DB is selected in round 1. Last one you guys had was Troy and before that, I had to look it up, Chad Scott in '97.

But really, I was just looking at the BPA on defense for you guys and that could have been Billings, Wright or Fuller tbh and yeah idk I just throw shit together when I'm doing these. First thought, anything come to mind to make that wrong? No? Then put it in lol.

Vikings probably going to try and keep the streak alive and acquire more first round draft picks to bolster the team quickly before Peterson dies. 8 first rounders in 4 years is good, right?

To me Treadwell is a very smooth runner, routes crisp and his hands are the best in this class by a landslide in my opinion. He is definitely not a burner but a lot of #1's are not burners. I love him because he usually wins 50/50 balls. But if went with the later with kearse and Williams I haven't seen much of kearse yet but I wouldn't mind Williams in the second and if we added more safety help man it would be tough, I wouldn't mind a DE pick in the first either to replace Robinson who is way up there in age however Hunter has been playing pretty well as a rookie so I doubt that is the direction we go... Sadly Crighton has been a bust thus far in his career. Many directions the vikes could go

Ya... I'd say it seems to be working quite well so far..... Minus Patterson

I don't watch college football at all but I think the redskins have more important issues than rb. However, if he is as talented as you think... I have no issue with them going best player available if they're getting a true stud in Elliot.

Clearly you put some time into this. Good job man

IMO, BPA off of just talent, not taking position into account, in this draft as of now is...

1) Jalen Ramsey, S/CB, Florida State
2) Vernon Hargreaves III, CB, Florida
3) Jaylon Smith, LB, Notre Dame
4) Myles Jack, LB, UCLA
5) Ezekiel Elliot, RB, Ohio State
6) Laremy Tunsil, OT, Ole Miss
7) Joey Bosa, DE/DT, Ohio State

So he's a huge talent imo. If you take position into account then that's a very different list but on just talent alone, Elliot is a fucking stud.
