Kevin White, WR, West Virginia: The big thing for White is his 40-yard dash. On tape, he has almost everything you look for in a wide receiver prospect: He has very good size (6-foot-3, 211 pounds), he has outstanding ball skills, and he put up exceptional numbers -- and did so against very good competition (including 35 combined catches versus Alabama, Oklahoma and Texas). The only issue is on tape he doesn't appear to have elite, top-end speed. He is already a likely top-20 pick and the second-ranked receiver on our board, but if he can run in the 4.4s, he could be the first receiver drafted and go in the top 10.

Could white really go ahead of cooper? I thought cooper was clearly the #1 Wr?

Also how many wr's will be drafted in the top 15?

I would say 3. And it should be 3. Cooper white and Parker are all top 15 type talent, but then it kinda falls off. Jalen strong is a project but nice talent, DBG is a possible stud but a head case with probaby the worst off feild issues since justin Blackmon coming out and well no one has seen him play for a year so who realy knows if he's still got it. Sammie coats is a project and kinda skinny WR, so everyone else is a back end first / 2nd rounder.
