Ok for one, he isn't locked. He is tagged temporarily, like everyone else who is accused of welching to help prevent any further welches. It is put up for a vote when it is not clear cut like is the case here. The grey area in the whole thing is the cd, and cd back. If the votes say no welch then he will be reinstated to his former glory. I'm doing this just like I have every other case since I began running the list.

I think what really needs to happen is to ignore the events of these past '3' days. Ryan acted a fool and in the basketball thread he is making his case that ewok didn't talk to him or w/e.

And this is where the "cd" part becomes the crutch of it all...

That "cd" simply made it so that it DOES become an obligation for Ewok to donate/pay Ryan the 100 fg. Had that "cd" not been there, we wouldn't have any issue except for Ryan probably making threads that Ewok is BM and what not.

As far as WHY Sheriff and list had to get involved goes... I'm getting more and more convinced that Ryan just wanted to get Ewok in trouble (the motive... I am not sure).

Because had Ryan really contacted Ewok in the alleged 3 days, I don't see why Ewok would have have paid the 100 fg. I believe Ewok that he doesn't really check the basketball section much so he could have forgotten about it.
