1. he will sell tickets, alot of them
2. he is "the most pro ready" out of the box, he will fit into basically any offense
3. he has a killer arm, and good size

i personally dont think either of them are good for the bucs, but i would rather have mariota any day of the week, because atleast you always know chip kelly will suck your dick for him
