Mariota will probably be taken ahead of Winston because that's the way it needs to be. Winston is much more talented in terms of physical skill, timing, going through progressions, and especially accuracy, but you can't reward him with the #1 overall due to his off-field troubles.

All of the comparisons to JRuss are lazy and misplaced. These comparisons probably come about largely because they're both black--you didn't see anyone comparing Manziel to Jruss, yet the two are more similar than Winston. JRuss didn't care about the game and got into off-field trouble. Winston is very passionate about the game, he just has a penchant for getting into trouble. Clean up his act and he will be an ideal player with passion for the game like Dez Bryant.

Grayson will be the hot name before the draft like Bortles last year. He is built like an NFL QB, comes from a small school, and will get hot as scouts become exposed to his tape. He may not go as high as Bortles, but he will be a first rounder, and he will definitely go before Hundley.

Obviously I like all of the Ravens picks. Can't go wrong with WR/CB/RB in this draft as long as you don't reach. Lots of talent at each position.

It definitely took me a while to get used to. As he says, God just blessed him with some great eyelashes.

Also, Randy, just caught that you gave the Cards DGB. Nice one ;)

Both of our starting DTs are having surgery. Roy Miller is having his knee scoped and Sen'Derrick Marks just tore his ACL sunday.

It would definitely make a lot of sense to draft Leonard Williams. He can play pretty much anywhere along the DL. He could fill in for Marks early in the season and at the very least, be the Big End replacement for when Bryant leaves.

Depending on what the tacks do at #2, we might be able to trade back. If they take Williams and we don't trade, I'd take Ray easy.

Doubt the Hawks go after another small WR. Likely a 6"1"+ 210lb+ one.

It's a good thing the supply is catching up with the demand for big-bodied WRs. Seems like there is a glut of good WR talent coming through college all of a sudden.

eight of the top-10 WRs in this class are all 6'1"or taller

Doesn't really change anything. Seahawks look for players that fit a role on the team and their mold. They have their small WR's in Doug Baldwin and Paul Richardson (last years 1st pick, 2nd rounder). They have tried, and failed (with mid round picks) to fill the big WR role...they will try again.
