I don't want Brandin Cooks over Pryor, Lee or Martin.

Hell, i'd even take Dennard and Mosley over him at 17.

I'd like some Dennard plz

In the last week i've really liked the thought of us picking a CB at 17 if Dennard or Gilbert are there, Webb/Smith and one of those

Add in some random FS later and we're all set on defense.

Some combo of RT, FS, and CB the first 3 rounds, then Terrance West /w that 3rd round comp. pick B)

Deone Bucannon isn't a FS.

He's like 6'1, 220 with semi stiff hips. He is probably the biggest hitter in this entire draft. Literally, he cleaned dude's clocks on a regular basis while at Washington State. Living in Washington, I got to see a whole lot of Cougar and Huskie football.

Now I guess it would really depend on how much Cover 2 you guys use. If you're going to leave both your Safeties in a Cover 2 for the majority of the time, then you could give him a shot at FS. Personally, I think he'd step in from day 1 and excel pretty quickly as a SS (not so much at FS). Start him out mainly in the box and let him just come down hill. Dude is straight nasty when he's running down hill and can light people up.

Pretty much exactly what Hako said. Guys a SS through and through.

Btw next mock you do( if you do another) I Challenge you to draft Ot,Pass rusher, Saftey with the first 3 picks who could start for us.

You guys only need a SS to replace Decoud right? If so then that's easy. Any combination here.

Matthews/Robinson in the first.
Tuitt, Attaochu, Lawrence, Crichton, Van Noy, Easley or Smith in the second.
Buccannon, Dixon or Loston in the third.

That's exactly how I'd do it over Clowney in the first if those are the 3 positions you want.

Next mock you should pretend like both this year's draft class AND last year's are available...and see how that changes things.  Where would the ROY stack up against Clowney?

That's a cool idea but this is likely my last. Next week I hope to have the "perfect" first 3 done for each team (just the ideal situation for each teams' picks through the first 3 rounds) and then draft week I'd like to try and do a full 7 rounder but I doubt I will to be honest. And of course I'll do my live mock through round one like I did last year.

I might have time to sneak in a 2 rounder with that idea, we'll see.
