So, was moved because of inactivity.  I personally wouldn't have demoted a single med/trusted outside of Mike (inactivity) and Kevin (untrustworthy imo) or any actives.  I didn't fully understand the purpose to downsizing.  I mean, I understood why (Pilot and Rohan explained it fairly well) but I just didn't exactly agree with it fully.

Doesn't mean I think it's wrong, I just felt like it was more work than needed to be done.  But just because we took people off doesn't mean they can't ever be put back on.

That was one thing I was pretty bad about this round of updates.  I didn't look at a single unknown for active.  It's such a pain in the ass to find those that are unknown lol.

Also, for anyone wondering, when I'm nominating people (however we decide to do it in the end) I'll have my own personal ones but the better majority of my nominations will come from the nomination thread so don't think your nominations are going unnoticed.
