that rule was added to try to avoid gray areas. I can definitely understand pilot enforcing it. You have no idea how hard it used to be to figure out what was a welch and what wasn't.

if it were me, i would take responsibility for "holding" the 5K fg against the user's will and give him some type of extra fg at least. It doesn't seem to be a "welch" but it was sure as fuck "BM"

I kinda agree with BebePearl on this one.

If Extort can get away with this loophole, what would stop someone from saying "Confurmed" then if they lose the bet claiming it wasn't "confirmed"
