My thoughts:

Schaub - looked good, not great. Threw well and made nice 3rd down conversions. Interception wasn't his fault.
Carr - Looked great, I thought. Waited a second too long on some throws but w/e. Sucks about the concussion.
MJD - Looked good again
OLine - starters struggled tonight, but detroit does have a good front 7.
LaMarr Woodley - Been most impressed w/ him of any FA's. Always seems to be in the right place.
DLine - Pass rush was good, sometimes over-pursued in the run game.
Roach - Had a nice sack but not great in coverage or running game tonight
Mack - Looked better than last game, I think confidence will be key for him.
Tarrell Brown - looked awful...
The whole secondary in general didn't look great. Definitely one of the weak spots on our team

Coach Dennis Allen told reporters that the rookie passer came out of the game with a concussion, per Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle.

News on Carr: head injury concussion, will sit next game due to concussion rules (I think). Bruised ribs, no break. Expected to return for 4th preseason game.

Yeah i saw that and I was like wtf lol. I guess out indefinitely means a day or two of practice lol. But glad he's back... he's without question the heart and soul of our team.

Hopefully it's not a recurring thing...foot injuries have a nasty habit of sticking around for an extended period of time. He should really take a week off to let it heal fully.

I might miss some (most) of this week's preseason action, so I'm counting on you guys to fill me in! Let me know how Schaub looks, if Mack is successful in coverage, and what our WR situation looks to end up as...we've been moving everyone around there. Also, if any CBs make some standout plays that'd be cool to know as well. I'll update you guys when I know what I'm doing tomorrow
