explain what you mean

It was a joke because who knows how Lee will pan out, predicting WRs in the NFL is probably the hardest position out of all of them

what I was saying was how all of the highly regarded USC receivers to come out recently have all been major busts: Mike Williams pick 10, Dawyne Jarret: 2nd round pick 2007 out of league highly regarded, Robert Woods was a predicted top 10 pick last year fell to the third round didn't do much.

Everyone jokes about how how USC WRs bust

For real though, the picks made complete sense imo.

Shorts is on the last year of his contract.

Blackmon may never play again.

Ace Sanders is a beast, but he's only 5'7 175.

The other WRs on our roster are Mike Brown, Tandon Doss, Chad Bumphis, Jeremy Ebert, Lamaar Thomas, and Stephen Williams (he suffered a couple Concussions last season and is on the reserved/retired list)

Me either honestly. He started like 42 straight games at Miami and played pretty much at RG. Which is exactly what we need, a RG. Our OC Jedd Fisch coached him for two years while he was there. I'd have to think Jedd had a lot of input on that pick, since he got to deal with him first hand for a couple of years.

edit: actually it was he started 42 of 49 games played with 37 consecutive starts. I guess he has a nasty streak in him also, which we need on the OL

You guys got one hell of a WR in Allen Robinson. I got the pleasure of watching him play at PSU, he's going to be good.

Our WR coach Jerry Sullivan LOVES him. I guess he was all but pounding the table for him. Caldwell likes him a lot as well obviously. He said they were actually going back and forth on whether to take Lee or Robinson at #39. Lee was just too much to pass up there and thankfully Robinson was still on the board a little bit later.

Ya not a bad draft at all, Robinson, Colvin and Telvin smith I think will be great in the NFL

Still think the jury is out on Lee and Bortles time will tell I won't say they will be anything close to bust but they are just my concerns, either way it was a very solid draft for you guys.

The jury is out on every player drafted, all 256 of them. Nobody will know how any of the players will turn out for at least 2-3 years. On paper, we had a great fuckin draft.
