It's going to be a long week. Too much negativity by the national media but the Texans deserve it for their poor play. Sunday's final game at Indy can't arrive soon enough. I'm just going to stay away from all the talk shows and NFL shows on the NFL Network and "NFL Live" on ESPN all week long.

There's no need for me to hear the same things. I'll probably feel excited again on Sunday morning before the game. The Texans can sill clinch the 1st seed with a win over the Colts. If they lose then they deserve to drop to the 3rd seed and kudos to the Broncos and Patriots if that happens.

Gary Kubiak will probably question their manhood again like he did after the loss to the Patriots. They usually respond after a poor showing.

1. Texans
2. Broncos
3. Patriots
4. Ravens
5. Colts
6. Bengals

hopefully we'll get ravens/colts and broncos in afc championship game

i think that'll be our best chance to get to new orleans

but we have some shit to fix first. if we can get a good win over indy next week, i think we can be hot by the time the playoffs start. we'll see.

JJ Watt 20.5 sacks. 2 more sacks ties it, 2.5 breaks the record. He had 3 last week, going against the Colts again.
Andre Johnson 1457 yards, 43 short of 1500 for the third time in his career. Can he do it again?
Arian Foster 1328 rushing yards. He'd need 172 for 1500 rushing yards. He had 165 last week against the team he's going against this week.
Matt Schaub 3733 passing yards. He needs 267 for 4000.

Think they can do it?

Arian Foster and Brooks Reed will play versus the Colts. The Texans offense has fallen to 20th in the NFL on third-down conversions. It's hard to believe there are still 12 worse teams out there. They were 5th in the league entering December which goes to show you how awful they have been this month on offense. Those offensive woes have to change.

Not being able to pick up first downs and sustain long drives will hurt any team. Even worse is their red-zone efficiency is just as bad. When they do get inside the 20 they end up settling for field goals. Gary Kubiak better call some different plays - try something new. It's playoff time and this team has to pick up their sense of urgency.
