Sorry Slowtoanger bro, but since I live in Washington and have listened to more then enough bandwagon Seahawk idiots over the last month or two. I think I'm gonna be pulling for the Broncos in this game. Mainly because I wanna see Peyton get one more, but also because I don't wanna have to listen to any more of these bandwagon Seahawk idiots for the next year.

No matter who wins though, I hope it's a good game.

I am rooting for my Hawks all the way but... It's somewhat comforting that even if we lose, at least someone who deserves another ring gets it.

It's going to be a huge chess game with a solid defense (and not just from Sherman but as a defensive whole) vs a mastermind in the qb position and arguably the greatest qb of our generation.

Personally I'd like to see Sherman get lit up all game long.

I'd like to think you guys studied our tape vs the Broncos pretty well. We actually played them pretty tough and hit Manning 4 or 5 times in the opening drive (the key to beating Manning, hit him early, often and a lot). We played mostly a Cover 2 in that game and it seemed to work for about 3 quarters. Of course then Manning took over and did what he does. We mostly played in a Cover 3 during the season, much like you guys, except for that game vs the Broncos.

I'd have to imagine we'll see you guys play a good bit of Cover 2 in this Super Bowl. You guys have far better Pass Rushers then us and we were able to get to him early in that game.

It's definitely going to be Strength vs Strength in this game. Great Offense vs Great Defense and I'm looking forward to it.

I don't really see a scenario where Sherman would get beat so many times or Peyton even just challenging Sherman entire time... The stakes are too high. He's just going to throw whoever is open lol.

Pressure Manning often enough and the game will be easy pickings for the Hawks. I mean, Peyton is phenomenal but he isn't perfect. There are plenty of games where he makes mistakes and gets beat. The first time Broncos played the Chargers... I think they did a helluva job keeping Peyton a nonfactor to win the game.

As a pure football fan, I can't wait to watch this shield vs sword match... Hawks being one of the two teams is just an icing on the cake.

Peyton is screwed since Sherman will only stay on manning's right side of the field. He throws a terrible left ball. And the wind isnt going to help.

Of course. I know Peyton isn't going to just target Sherman. Like you said, he's going to target whoever is open, whether Sherman is on the guy or not. I don't think they're that worried about whether to challenge Sherman honestly. He's just another Corner out there.

I just hope they (the refs) let them play. Let them be physical on both sides. You know the Seattle Secondary is going to be physical and hold the shit out of the Receivers, like they always do. So they better let the Receivers be physical and run right through the Corners.
