Tackling today was just awful. So many missed tackles on their QB specifically, it was like everyone just expected him to go down. Un-clutch turnovers also killed some promising drives.

Hope Hills is healthy for next week. Pigrome is a better runner, but his passing skills are noticeably worse, and I doubt he is good at reading coverages as a freshman.

Well that sucked. Thought Hills was going to be playing, at least that's what they said on the radio a couple days ago. Pigrome can't pass at all; it's either inaccurate or thrown as hard as possible when it requires some loft/touch. All he can really do is run. Makes me appreciate what we have in Hills, not that he's great or anything, but he's decent. With the holding calls we were getting on every drive, I doubt we would have won with even Hills under center anyway. Our OL gave us no chance to win /w penalties.

Then with Likely and Aniebonam out our defense went to shit. So many times they made first contact /w the RB in the backfield, only to let him escape for positive yardage. Aniebonam is like the Suggs of this defense: so reliable as a pass-rusher and setting the edge, really hurts when he's out.

-3 in the TO margin didn't help things either. That led to 14 points.
