Excerpt from article on the NFL app

Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley said last week that he and quarterback Aaron Rodgers lacked chemistry . Rodgers doesn't necessarily agree.

"I feel like I've got good chemistry with all my receivers," Rodgers said on his weekly radio show on ESPN Wisconsin, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "We spend a lot of time talking together in meetings. We watch film together after practice.

"I'm fortunate enough to be able to have the main voice in the room. (Tight ends coach) Jerry Fontenot is in there, (quarterbacks coach) Ben McAdoo and (offensive coordinator) Tom Clements and Mike (McCarthy). Those guys allow me to say the things I need to say to get my perspective on the routes we have in that week and how I want them run. I think that's how you build that chemistry. You take the notes when I'm talking. You make sure you are on the same page. You ask the questions, if there needs to be a follow-up."

Sounds like Finley makin excuses for why he drops balls.

Can't wait till he's gone. I'll take Crabtree over him right now.

DJ Williams was supposed to be one of the best TE's coming out of his draft class

I don't see why they don't bench Finley to give him some time to think about where he's headed

Jennings opts for surgery, will have it Tuesday. He won't give a timetable for his return, but insists it's not season ending.

I'm sure that is going to drag his price tag down quite a bit.

Actually, I was thinking the opposite. He was going to need the surgery at some point anyway, so I'm guessing he feels it would be best to get it out of the way now and show that he's at full strength before the season ends.

Tbh I'm not that worried about it anyhow we have so much depth at WR that we can afford to let the man walk and get his big contract if there is one out there for him.
