Yes, maxing tele is very effective when trying to rush through acts. And do'able since you can reset your stats.

I think you can Josh. Just not the elite versions of the polearms. IE  Voulge but not CV. or Scythe but not thresher. etc... not 100% but, i think thats how it is.

Near enough, you can get a 4 sox item with little under 80 max dmg, but you can make a perfect insight in it and it'll last you to hell.

Insight doesnt work with every 4 socket item.
