If the lack of result from that game negatively impacted the:

Ravens = coin flip to decide home-field advantage vs the Bengals
Bills = game moved to neutral site if they see the Chiefs in the playoffs
Chiefs = Given driver seat to the 1st seed. Only had to beat Raiders
Bengals = Sorry about your luck. Here’s the AFC North title even through you may end up having to go on the road as a 3 seed.

Intentional grounding is not a sack. Despite it functioning like a sack because it results in a loss of down and the ball being placed at the spot of the foul (as if a sack had occurred there), it is not recorded in the official game stats as a sack.
