You have a 3-4 playbook but a number of 4-3 players. Skill does outweigh style, but matching up style when players are pretty equal is a good idea...whats your styles?
Jack Ham -> TOTW Aldon Smith or TOTW Khalil Mack
Connor Barwin -> you have a lot of options...I liked style Kerrigan.
John Randle -> FO Wilfork (net gain, Wilfork is like half the price)
Kyle Williams -> Don't really need to do anything here since your 2nd DT rarely sees the field...but if you want a style boost, do RS Star Lotuleilei
Tons of options at CB, would match up with styles here...

You definitely want a new 2nd MLB, low block shedding LB with a 1 gap DL is not a good combo. I'd also go with a new LOLB. I'd still pick up FO Wilfork to replace your 2nd DT, put him as your #1 for 3-4 situations.

Also, what playbook? Jets?

I'll just start from the beginning instead of editing my other post. I assume your talking about the 3-4 Over-ED formation. The formation shifts your RDE to the left side and moves the ROLB directly to the line, giving a traditional 4-3 look. Your line will look like (looking from the offensive side):

ROLB - DT - LE - RE

Your ROLB should be a traditional 3-4 ROLB, while your hybrid should be your LOLB. John Randle isn't strong enough to hold up in traditional 3-4 looks, I'd replace him with FO Wilfork, who is cheaper anyways.
