Back on the topic of the depth chart, James Jones being a 3rd string worries me. I was counting on him being good. Looks like Rodgers carried his ass really hard.
Then again, maybe Holmes has made some big strides. He was 3rd string but showed some flashes of being good. It's possible that he's made a lot of progress. Also glad to see Moore drop on the depth chart; he did not play terribly well last season. 5th string might be ab it far though, I've only heard negatives about Little. Streater deserved to start.
Our OL looks pretty solid. Glad to see Watson step up. Should be a big improvement from last year, where it was abysmal.
Defense has a lot of big names, and a lot of big ages. We'll see how it all plays out. Both of our starting CBs are new to the team--and both come from a strong SF defense. I'm excited to see how they perform, and I have pretty high hopes for them. With Tyvon Branch back in the mix, and Woodson back for another season, I really think this secondary will be much improved from last season. Hayden is in the slot position, so he'll get some additional experience without crippling our coverage

Front 7 looks sick though, I am very excited for that. I pity the team that tries to run against us

Interesting note--we have McFadden in as KR2. I'd be down with experimenting on having him return kicks and punts. He's fast and good in the open field...seems like a match made in heaven, now that he's not carrying the load.
