I'm most disappointed with the Texans offense because unlike the defense they have been fortunate enough to stay healthy all year long. They've still been inconsistent despite having as much talent as any offense in the league. It's time they start to play for a full 60 minutes. They go one or two quarters in some games scoring zero points. That's crazy for an offense this good.

After suffering their worst loss since 2008, Texans players said coach Gary Kubiak issued a challenge to the entire team in the visitors’ locker room at Gillette Stadium.
“(Kubiak) wasn’t pleased with the performance that we came out with, not at all,” safety Danieal Manning said after the game. “He basically was saying if we’re going to be a championship team, we have to face teams like this. We have to go through situations that we were in and we have to deal with things that were out in front of us. We didn’t handle the way that a championship (team) did. They did."
“It’s a challenge from tomorrow throughout the rest of the season. It’s a challenge, what type of team we’re going to be. All that other stuff we’ve got, clinching, playoff berth, it doesn’t matter. We’ve got to continue to stack wins – win until we can’t win anymore.”
Gary Kubiak can call out his players and question their manhood all he wants (which he did after the loss to New England), but he's the one calling the plays. The Texans offense has become too predictable and boring. You can beat the bad teams with the same plays but an elite team featuring a good defense will shut you down if you don't adjust. It's time for Kubiak to really mix things up and make sure he utilizes a lot of Andre Johnson and Arian Foster. When the times get tough just make sure you put your superstars in a position to make the big plays.
At the end of the day, the Texans are still where they want to be. They've got to finish these last three regular-season games with a win and try to build some momentum for the playoffs. Having a first-round bye and gearing up for a home playoff game, possibly two home playoff games, that's all that you can really control moving forward.
