Watcher is right, home field would have made a huge difference there

In the last 7 Pats/Broncos matchups, the home team has won. The Pats are a quick-pass, rhythm offense. Crowd noise has a greater negative effect on their offense than it does on most others.

Home field typically means 3 points in the spread, so the difference of being at home vs on the road would be a 6 point swing. But in the case of Den/Ne, it is probably more like an 8 point swing. That's huge.

you can theorycraft all you want about what would have happened, but they were our daddies in every facet of that game, we were in it at the end bc of gronk making insane plays, but it was not near as close as the score suggested.

its not theorycrafting bro. Crowd noise is a tangible entity whose effect can be measured. Their obscene record at home over the last decade is proof on paper.
