Next up is DC as Jauron will be out. I wish Lovie would take it, but he wants nothing less than HC position,

Raheem Morris is said to be interviewing for the position.

The Cleveland Browns have hired Michael Lombardi as their vice president of player personnel.

Chudzinski
Turner
Horton

Lombardi

Really impressed with the coaching staff moves.
It appears we've been very aggressive in those regards...
Let's be aggressive in free agency as well.

I don't think he will be our starter next year tbh. Unless he gets ALOT of help in the off season fixing his mechanics and bad habits carried over from college (which could very well happen). I can see us moving on Alex Smith or Mallett.

I think, coached properly, Weeden can be a top 10 QB in the league. There were times when he was incredibly accurate and powerful.
Having a young WR corps didn't help his case and adding some veterans at WR and TE can help him drastically.

I agree, I wish he had the time to develop but his age is a factor. He needs to work on:
Staring down his targets
Accuracy (He over throws a lot)
Getting the ball out quicker

He would be helped out dramatically by getting a big TE to sit 2-4 yards ahead of line of scrimmage to dump the ball off to.
