Should players ruled OUT for a game be allowed in IR slots?

Lots of you haven't decided

Whatever we go with for this Sunday will be set for the year for fairness.

As if right now it's 2 and 2 voting, so we will stick with default O players cannot go to IR slot unless a majority vote wishes to change it.

Waivers ran this morning. I've played fantasy for over a decade now and have never seen that once.

I can go into the reasons why it's bad, but I think we should change it to Wednesday. I'm not asking for everything to be rolled back this week, but it's certainly something that can be changed for the future.
