I believe Manziel will either be a huge boom or a huge bust in the NFL. There's no in between for him.

So we're picking 3rd in the draft. I just don't see the Texans passing up on Bridgewater. They're stupid if they don't take him #1. I think the Rams go OT or trade down with the #2 pick. A trade back is very likely as some team could want to jump up for a QB, Clowney, Barr etc etc. Since we could go multiple different ways at #3, a team at say 4 or 5 may want to jump up above us if they think we're going after somebody they want.

They resigned Marks to a long term contract. It's like 4 years for 22mil or something like that. I don't remember the exact numbers off the top of my head. Glad they resigned him, he was a great pick up this past off season.

Sunday's game may have been the last time MJD plays for us. It's hard to say if they resign him or not. Babin said he(Babin) wants to take a pay cut to remain with the Jags. Not that shocking considering he's old(will be 34 next season) and over paid(will be paid 6mil next season). Which would mean he'd most likely be let go this off season if he doesn't get his contract restructured. I wouldn't have a problem with him staying around as depth though, if he takes the paycut. Branch started to come on in the 2nd half of the season as well. I'd have no issues with adding a Barr/Mack or Clowney to that Pass Rushing group. I think Gus would have no issues keeping Clowney motivated, if there truly is any truth to those rumors.

On another note about the draft process. Our coaching staff will be coaching one of the teams at the Senior Bowl. It will be a nice chance for this staff to get a even better look at some of the top Senior prospects. It can only help.
