Seems to be the general feeling RT @Eric_Edholm: Sounds pretty bad on Terrell Thomas front. Source saying "looks bad" re: reinj knee #nyg

-- CB Jayron Hosley also left practice. He was covering WR Isaiah Stanbeck and somehow got tangled up as he came down. According to Tom Coughlin, he had cuts on his knee that required stitches.

LB Michael Boley was also sent to the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan to find out more about his hamstring injury

Forgot to tweet... Coughlin said Justin Trattou had MRi and has lateral ankle sprain. Expected to be back soon.

The extent of the tear isn't fully known.

"At this point, he will most likely undergo an arthroscopic procedure to determine the extent of the injury to the ACL," Giants vice president of medical services Ronnie Barnes said in the team's press release. "However, no decision has been made at this point. Terrell is going to consult with (Arthur) Ting, who performed an allograft reconstruction of the ACL in September.”

Thomas apparently re-injured his knee on Sunday in practice when he slipped during 1-on-1 passing drills while covering wide receiver Domenik Hixon. He left practice later in the session and put ice on his knee, though there was no indication at that point he'd suffered a major injury.

"He walked up to me after practice (on Sunday) and thought he felt good," coach Tom Coughlin said. "He didn’t really seem to have any issues and this morning when he came back in, it was swollen."

That's funny?

We will still beat you and most likely sweep you just as we did last season without T2

Excuses?

We swept you last season without T2 as well. We have a better team this season if we can stay healthy.

Our CB situation now:

C-Web
Prince
Hosely
Tryon
Coe
Molden
Johnson
Bing
Jackson

Still a very formidable group but the loss of T2 hurts badly... were going to use him in the nickle a lot so he could ball hawk

Very encouraged after seeing these highlights in light of the T2 news. T2's career is likely over :(

Prince got a lot better as the season went on and really stepped up, he was fantastic in the playoffs.

Quote
he's a stud. strong, aggressive, nice leaping ability. needs more playing time to get comfortable. offenses were definitely targeting him, think he held his own. repeat!!

Agree with this assessment wholeheartedly. Prince also has good recovery speed when he gets beat.

Backpeddle obviously needs work but I all things considered I think he played pretty damn great, especially in the playoffs.
