kinda iffy on Dirk I think the next three weeks will really show what he is. For one he has done a terrible job putting players into position to succeed and matching them up properly to exploit weaknesses. His play calling is pretty suspect as well a lot of it is deep routes and he doesn't want to bend it for Jameis. One thing for sure is we need a defensive coordinator and I feel Dirk should at least give up play calling duties but we will see what happens at the end of the season.
