I’m not sure. Probably not. Even if he is, they would still take him to the hospital to be declared.

Anything that warrants CPR is scary. He easily could've lost oxygen to his brain during those minutes and no one on the field was prepared whatsoever. Really sad...Praying for him and his loved ones
