it allow us to reset our skills and stats points.

you can get it via doing Den of Evil quest, you will still get skill point reward. You can have 3 respec (norm, nm and hell)
if you use them all, you can collect essence (andy/duriel [same essence], meph, diablo and baal each drop their own kind and you cube them into respec token)

Ahhh cool so stats really dont matter during the beginning, you wanna make stats due with the shitty gear you have, then respec at the end to fix everything?

Do the respec things transfer over difficulties (i.e. saving them for later)? And are they pretty valuable to trade/sell?

so basically if you're a sorc, don't be scared to throw a bunch of points into mana early on. Don't be scared to level up those early skills to help get through the game either.

You can only get the essences in hell and yes the tokens/essences have a market.
