The way you handled this 1000%. You could have handled this way differently instead of making a public stance and threatening him. You agreed to the 5k max payout when you placed a bet in his book, nobody forced you to do it. You quote all the rules except the final one where you agree to the terms above by placing a bet.

But Terps clearly states his max payout on parlays are 5k.
